Quality Assurance Standard

Our quality assurance program will include a regular audit of our cleaning processes and procedures with technology and tools, including ATP testing devices that are used to swab surfaces in hospitals and restaurants. The technology will help our teams spot-check 20 highest-touch surfaces on the property – think guest check-ins, kiosks, window shade handles, counters and lounge areas – to further guarantee our cleaning efforts are consistently meeting the highest standards possible.
